Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind about a Pipco purchase, we will gladly accept a return within 30 days of you receiving the item – as long as the item is in new and unused condition with the original packaging intact.
To request a return, please contact us at pawzmate@hotmail.com.
Once we approve your return, please send the item back.
Upon receiving the item back in acceptable condition, we will issue a full refund for the price of the item. With apologies, we cannot refund the cost of the original shipping or cover return shipping for change of mind returns.
Exchanges
You are more than welcome to exchange an item within 30 days of receiving it if is still in new and unused condition with the original packaging intact.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible at pawzmate@hotmail.com if you feel the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Items found to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect will be replaced or refunded at no extra cost to you!
Refund Method
Where a refund is issued by us, we will send the funds back via your original payment method. Remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
